ABOUT BANHERY
My love for food stems from my mom's homemade Vietnamese food. Dinner would always be served family-style which allowed me to sample a little bit of everything at the table.

Although I love food, I never cared for cooking. However, baking is a different story. Over the years, I've tried baking everything from cheesecakes to scones, cupcakes, and brownie bombs, but there was one thing I always came back to---cookies.
I set out on a mission to find the perfect chocolate chip recipe a few years ago that yields cookies not too flat, not too cakey, but also not too soft or crispy. After years of experimenting, I've finally found the secret ingredients that make up my ideal cookie recipe.

Now I want to share my recipe with you! By tying in my Vietnamese roots and what my momma taught me, I've produced a sampler of flavors all in one cookie. Enter BANH---dual-flavored cookies that allow you to explore different tastes at once.

BANH, which is a loose term for "pastry" and "bread" in Vietnamese, is all about sharing, tasting, and experimenting. From exotic to classic cookie flavors, I dare you to get cultured and try them all!
